**RETURN POLICY**

At Giulia Jewelry, your satisfaction is our priority. We're pleased to accept returns or exchanges for unused items, with the exception of items marked as Final Sale on the product page. Please be aware that all solid gold items are considered Final Sale due to their made-to-order nature.

Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order. To begin the return process and obtain authorization, kindly reach out to us at info@giuliajewelry.com. For orders within the domestic region, you can request a pre-paid return label, and the associated cost (approximately $15) will be deducted from your return total during processing. Alternatively, you have the option to arrange your own return label and oversee the shipping process. Once you've obtained a return authorization, you'll have up to 3 business days to mail back your return.

Please ensure that returned merchandise is presented in its original packaging and remains unworn and unaltered. We hold the right to decline returns or exchanges if items are received in poor condition, after the 10-day return window, for products listed as Final Sale, or without prior authorization. Alongside your return, kindly include the original receipt. Should the original receipt be unavailable, we'll provide an online store credit based on the current selling price.

**International Returns:**

For international returns, initiate the process by emailing info@giuliajewelry.com to obtain the return address. Please be aware that it's your responsibility to generate and monitor the return package, as we're unable to provide international return shipping labels. Once the package is created, kindly share the tracking number with us for monitoring purposes. It's important to note that shipping fees, import duties, customs charges, and local sales taxes imposed by the importing country cannot be refunded. As a small business, we're unable to cover these charges, as they are directed to your government. We recommend reaching out to your local customs authority for assistance in reclaiming these funds.

**REFUNDS**

Refunds will be issued in the original payment form. Once your return is processed, the refund will encompass the value of the merchandise. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. Allow a span of 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Please understand that we reserve the right to provide store credit when returns don't align with our return policy.
